Welcome to Donation Distribution Center!  We hope that your visit is beneficial, and you are able to find items that help your organization.  Please let Ed or Stefani know if you have any questions during your time here. 

​We ask that you please abide by the following regulations:

• If boxes are taped up, do not open them
• If you remove a box or item from a pallet, either place it on your pallet or return it. 
• Do not remove items marked as unavailable.  These items have not been tested and processed.
• Personal care: limited to 1 box per pick up until further notice. 
• Please note that you scheduled an appointment for a specific hour.  Out of respect for other scheduled appointments, failure to arrive on time without notice may influence how long you are able to be in the warehouse. 
• Your appointment will go in this order:
  • Come in and get the information on what is available from Ed and Stefani
  • Fill up your pallet with items you have requested
  • Review your selection with Ed or Stefani
  • Load your vehicle with the items selected
  • Sign outgoing form and pay for order
• After paying for your pallet, you are unable to take any more items unless paying for them separately. 

Details about specific items:

• Toys: Distributed by the pallet and are not tested or checked.  It is the organization’s responsibility to filter through the toys before distribution.  Hands in Service is not responsible for any toys that are damaged or missing parts.  There is a reduced admin fee because of this.
• Electronics:  A mixed box of chargers, cases, cords, or phone/computer accessories.  Chargers and cords have not been tested.  We cannot guarantee the contents in the box and the organization is responsible for all items. 
• Amazon:  Unsorted pallet, contents may be generalized but not necessarily guaranteed.  Special instructions on how to process will be given to you.  Some contents may be trash/unusable. Reduced admin fee due to not being sorted. 
• Large items:  Specific items may have a separate admin fee.  These items do not need to be included in your “mix and match” pallet

Other notes: 

• We are currently limiting appliances to half a pallet total.
• You can see how tall a pallet is by looking on the racking by the appliances.
• If you are looking for something specific, please feel free to ask if we have it. 
• All items must be used specifically for your organization.  If you plan on working with another organization or donating to another organization, you will need prior approval from Ed.
