Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Hands In Service (HIS), Donation Distribution Center (DDC)?
We are a Christian organization (non-profit) that supports other non-profits and agencies that focus on caring for those in need. HIS receives, processes and redistributes donated items from stores and businesses in our region. Items include appliances, clothing, home goods, toys, bicycles, camping equipment and much more. A majority of the items we redistribute are new or reconditioned.
How can my organization become a network partner with HIS?
To become a network partner, you will need to request a member application form by contacting Ed Tornetta or Stefani Hillborn at [email protected] or [email protected]. Once you have completed the needed documents and provided the requested forms, and approved, you can receive the benefits we offer for your community. You are required to follow the terms and conditions of the agreement, so please read carefully.
What are the expectations for being a HIS Network Partner?
Items must be used directly by your organization or distributed to the individual in need without charges of any type. Items may not be redistributed to other organizations that are not HIS members.
We ask that you track where the items have been distributed on our tracking documents and make these documents available upon our request. This is for our accountability to our donors.
In order to sustain this partnership, HIS has an administrative fee associated to each pallet of product received to assist in covering our operating expenses. Fees vary based on items selected

What is a pallet or skid dimension?
In general a pallet is 48” by 42” stacked 48” high. A pallet is a minimum order size. Some items are not always measured this way (Bikes, Mattresses, large items). Items such as clothing, appliances, cleaning items, hygiene, paper products, etc. are measured by the pallet. Items can be mixed and matched on a pallet.
Where are we located and how can you get these donations for your community?
We are located in Warrington, PA at 125 Titus Ave. You can inquire about available items or schedule a time to come visit by contacting us during operating hours (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM).
